Siyu (Lucy) Liu

Siyu (Lucy) Liu is an architect, artist, and author with more than 20 years of experience designing in the East End of Long Island. She has honed her skills working on  commercial and residential projects and has an extensive portfolio of new constructions, renovations, and additions. Lucy is versatile in architectural language ranging from the traditional to the contemporary, and her collaboration with high-end developers ensures that she has a finger on the pulse of market trends and styles. 

Working closely with her clients to craft the perfect living space for their unique needs is one of Lucy’s specialties. Her extensive expertise, eye for design, and client-dedication make her the ideal partner for building your dream home. Her in-depth knowledge of state, county, town, and village requirements coupled with a broad contact base of design professionals, tradespeople, and contractors allows Lucy to transition a project from an idea to reality. 

Lucy received her Bachelor’s in Architecture from Tsinghua University in Beijing and her Master’s in Architecture from the University of Buffalo. Lucy has two grown daughters and lives with her husband in Wading River.
